how can I cancel a one-time order?

Once an order is placed, there is a short window of time that we will be able to cancel your order before it ships. If the order ships before an order is confirmed as canceled, unfortunately we can no longer cancel the order.

Once you receive tracking information you can refuse the order by calling FedEx at 800-463-3339 and tell them that you "refuse this delivery". Once FedEx confirms that the order is being returned back to our warehouse, please let me know so that I may issue a full refund.

You can also refuse the order when FedEx arrives to deliver the shipment. You must do this either before Fedex arrives or at the time of delivery, otherwise once Fedex leaves the delivery we are not able to accept returns.
