We don't accept returns of product, product exchanges, and no refunds.
If your order was damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong Hint Water order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately here (or by emailing hello@drinkhint.com) and either we will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at drinkhint.com.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your hint water, please take note of the code and the "best by" date printed on the neck of the bottle, so that we can trace the specific batch of Hint you have received. These inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
